Do you want to learn what computer science students do in their senior design projects? Do you want to see how mobile programming may help patients and doctors? Do you want to have a basic understanding how mobile apps are developed and submitted to app stores?
If you have an interest in any of the questions above, please join us on Wednesday, November 28th at 3:00 p.m. in Breakiron 165 for project presentations and at 4:00 p.m. in Breakiron first floor lobby (outside Breakiron 165 classroom) for demonstrations.
The student teams of CSCI 479: Computer Science Design Project will present the projects they developed for Dr. John Furia of Sun Orthopedic that can be used to help patients and physicians alike when they need information about healing foot injuries.
The applications are designed for easy and convenient sharing of information about several medical conditions pertaining to injuries of the foot, such as Achilles tendinopathy, plantar fasciopathy, posterior tibial tendinopathy, and peroneal tendinopathy. Each app contains a common, but slightly different set of features. Collectively these features include
