June 27, 2002 The Drive Home and Dinner in Moreton-in-Marsh
Placenames. On one road sign is the name "Loxley." In the Errol
Flynn movie Robin Hood, Robin Hood's real name was "Sir Robin of
Loxley."
"Darlingscott." This is really the name of a little village! We
had first seen the sign for this village yesterday. Jan and Dan
photograph Scotty with this sign, for he IS "Darling Scott."
We have dinner at "The Marshmallow," in Moreton-in-Marsh. Scotty,
Mary Jane, Dan and I split a scrumptious ice cream dessert.
After dinner, we shop for Penguins, Cadbury candies, and soda in a
little grocery store.
