Please draw the logic diagram for the 3-bit comparator using the structure
derived in class on April 20.
Please solve Problem 12.13 in the Bobrow text.
This is a 4-bit comparator.
You don't have to draw the logic diagram, but look at the Boolean
expressions and see if you can identify common elements that can be
reused in the implementation.
