Please continue to study Chapter 2, especially
the ZIR, characteristic modes, the comparison between
ZIR + ZSR and the classical method of solving differential equations
(homogeneous/natural + particular/forced), stability, and
Section 2.7 on intuitive insights.
On Friday, October 13 and after Fall Break,
we will be studying Fourier series, so please begin reading
Chapter 3.
The reports for Lab 4 will be due in your lab session
next week (October 9 or 11).
Please solve the following
problems in Chapter 2 of the Lathi text, and submit your solutions on
October 13.
Problems 2.7-1, 2.7-2, and 2.7-3; 2.2-1, 2.2-2, and 2.2-4.
