ENGR 100: Team Formation Lab, Fall 2001

Please complete the following before next Wednesday, September 12. Your team will need to meet outside of class to complete these items.

• Team Contract:
  • Get the electronic template (MS Word file) for the team contract from Blackboard.
  • Include at least 8 items in each column of the contract, and type your entries directly onto the form.
  • Begin listing some ideas for the contract today, and submit your final contract next week. Please include your team name on your contract, and all members must sign the contract.

• Team name and logo: Your team should decide on a team name and devise a team logo. You may draw your logo on paper, or you may draw it using a software package (for example, MS Word with "WordArt" and drawing tools).

• Team web page:
  • Make a web page for your team, and save it in one of the team members "www" folder.
  • The filename for your team web page cannot be "index.html". Please choose a name that will be difficult for others to guess, because you will post reports on the team web page later in this course.
  • Send me the link to your team web page so that I can access it. My email address is kozick@bucknell.edu
  • Include on the team web page your team name, your logo, and links to the personal web pages of the team members.
  • We expect to post on Blackboard instructions for transferring a team logo created in Word to a team web page created in Dreamweaver. If you draw your team logo on paper, then you can have it scanned at the library, and you can post the scanned version on the web page.
