This is the developing hood which contains the spinner,
the developer,and two rinse beakers.(note the hood is in regular room
light s for the photo during operation yellow light is used.).

The wafers are baked at 100 degrees C.
The UV suitcase is used to expose the wafers (shown is a
finished wafer)
