See Web page in CS475 Handboook on "Feasibility Study" for guidance of content and form of Report. Your document should conform to the "outline for Feasibility Report" near the end of web page. Also, look at Pressman's book on reserve in library. I have a copy which you can borrow as well.

Your Reort needs to Define the Problem. For example, "Biologist need to have computational tool that ..." I have selected the broader scope "Computation aspects of Gene Sequencing". Now your team needs to narrow the SCOPE of the problem YOU are trying to solve. You can't nor want to do it all!!! Propose ONLY want you think your can do. I recommend that you select a piece that interest the members of the team.

Your team needs to select the computer environment and provide convincing reasons why. Aswell as alternative solutions and why one is better over the others.

In your Report you should attempt some legal analysis (see those two web pages for guidance) and economic analysis (You all are suppose to have had ECON 103). BUT these two are not the main focus of this exercise.
