Your team should meet a least once a week. When the team meets, an individual will be assigned the task of scribe. The scribe takes notes which includes:
Team name, date, time and place of meeting. List individuals present. Who was absent and why (if team was informed)? List team moderator and scribe.
What is the status of assigned activities? What are the major objectives or plans? Scribe should summarize the discussion with focus on final decisions, problem encountered and problems solved.
Discussion of meeting's topics. Assignment of new tasks.
Appoint new moderator and scribe for next meeting. We recommend that the team rotate the roles. It is the responsibility of the moderator to run the next meeting, making sure that everyone knows the date, time and place. The moderator reminds the team members of the next meeting and makes sure they attend.
Decide on next meeting's date, time and place.
