The purpose of a design review is not to ``rip the other teams apart'' but to provide constructive criticism which can result in the team building a better product.

  1. Is it clear what they are building? Where is the project vague?
  2. Is the project too ambitious? Can the project be finished in the allotted time?

  4. What advice would you give to the team?
