Poster Session
LOCATION
The poster session will be held in the Terrace Room (2nd floor) of Bucknell University's Elaine Langone Center. Oral presentations will likely be held in the Terrace Room and the Forum on the second floor of the Elaine Langone Center.
Authors should be present during Friday evening's symposium's poster session to interact with the audience and answer any questions.
POSTER SESSION TIMES
Friday, November 13 - 8:00-10 pm
Saturday, November 14 - 8 am - 3 pm
POSTER SET-UP
Friday, November 13th - 4:30 and 6:00 PM
Black metal clip stands will be set up in rows on either side of the room.
POSTER TAKE-DOWN
Posters can be taken down after 3 pm Saturday, November 14, 2014.
MEAL PROVIDED
Soup, snacks, sandwiches will be provided to students, faculty and speakers in the adjacent dining rooms. Food will be served from 5:00 until 6:30 pm. Friday evening's symposium begins at 7 pm.
