Set up Agile Log System

Each team should use the google doc system to set up the agile log system to record what we do. Share the docs with teammates, your instructor, and your customer(s).

• A spreadsheet for Product backlog which lists the major tasks. This file should be updated regularly to reflect the progress of the project. Use either a color scheme to mark the ones that have been completed, the ones that are in progress, and the ones that are yet to start.
• For each sprint, we need to have a sprint backlog, a spreadsheet to record the progress in the sprint. Try to keep each sprint not longer than a week.
• At the end of each sprint, have a review session and record the content of the meeting in a sprint meeting, which could include, but not limited to, tasks accomplished, lessons learned, and plans to improve.
