- A note about the
textbooks:
We will use two textbooks for this course.- Our primary resource will be Essential University Physics, Volume 1, Fourth Edition, by Richard Wolfson. This text is available electronically through First Day which you can access (and opt out of) through Moodle. You can also choose to buy a printed version of this textbook at the Bucknell Bookstore.
- We will also use the Physics 211 Supplementary Reading text. You can access a free .pdf version of this text from this website (just click on the "Handouts" button), or you can buy a printed version at the Bucknell Bookstore.
- We will use both of these texts nearly every day, so it is essential that you have access to both of these texts, either in electronic or printed form.
