Please complete the following form if you are presenting a poster at this symposium. Simply type in information and press the "Submit Form" button at the bottom.

Submit your information as soon as possible, preferably by 10 pm on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 in order for your poster's title and author(s) to be listed in the symposium handouts. We will automatically send you a confirmation e-mail that provides a detailed explanation of the poster session and will hopefully answer any questions you may have.

Also, registering your poster using this online form enables us to provide you a ticket for a free meal (sandwiches, snacks, and beverages) made specially available for students interns presenting their research. The food will be served in an area right next to the poster exhibit in the Terrace Room of the Langone Center from 5:00 to 6:30 pm.

However, if for various reasons you do NOT register your poster by the Oct. 20th deadline PLEASE register your poster online anyway and bring it to the symposium anyway!   We will make sure it gets displayed ... student research is very important to us! Just be aware that your name and poster title may not appear in the supplemental symposium materials.
