There's also an online form we would like you to use to provide us more detail about your presentation. That kind of information enables us to better assist you beforehand as well as during the symposia events.

Research Posters
We've prepared a special information form for poster presentations. It provides you some details about Friday's and Saturday's poster session. There's an online form we would like you to use to provide us more information about your poster. That kind of information enables us to prepare a supplemental handout for the symposium that lists of the titles and authors of posters.
* Students, Faculty, and Others *
Keynote addresses and special presentations are part of Friday and Saturday's events. Speakers and panel members are encouraged to visit the speaker information page to provide us more information about their presentations. We'd like to prepare a supplementary program notes that includes a short abstract or list of key points to accompany your title. To have your talk included in this handout please submit this form by 5 pm on Monday, October 18, 2010.
Posters
Poster displays will be on Friday, October 22 from 8:30 to 10:00 pm and Saturday, October 23 from 8:30 to 9:30 am. Students, faculty, and others who are presenting posters should complete the poster registration form to provide us more information about their poster presentations. We'd like to prepare a supplementary handout that lists the titles and authors of the posters - to be included in this handout you need to submit this form by 5 pm on Monday, October 18, 2010.
Exhibitors
A number of organizations have been invited to display exhibits from 8:30 to 10:00 pm during the Friday evening social and research poster session in the Terrace Room of the Langone Center. Large tables (32" by 72") will be available for your exhibit. Please arrive early - between 4:30 and 6:30 pm to set up you exhibit.
